* please help* bus effects seem to be bypassed when I mix down... please help!

Hello all,
I am using Vegas Pro, and just started using reverb/compression on bus b/c etc... when I mix it seems the plug in effects are being bypassed. Anyone know how I can mix down and keep those effects on there?

Any help would be great.

Can you explain exactly how you have your tracks routed through the busses? And what process you're going through to export them? It could be a lot of things...
