When I click on the prepare button to prepare my dvd I receive an error that says "The selected folder is not valid. It is either not possible to create the folder or you do not have write access." I have no idea what this means - I created a blank folder just as I always do, however I have no idea what this error means and/or how to fix it????? Can someone please help me? Many thanks in advance!!!! :)

[At least in the full version] When you click the prepare button DVDA brings up a dialog window showing the default folder to stick your new DVD in. You can change the folder then, or you can change the defaults that DVDA uses every time, for both temporary storage &/or the destination folder.

I think in your case DVDA is saying that there's something wrong with what you've got set for the defaults. There have been several posts I think with basically the same problem you're having, so searching thru the forum wouldn't be a bad idea. From what I can recall it can be a problem with not enough temporary storage on the drive you've specified, a problem with permissions in Vista etc...
