It was a slow turn, I rendered an 360 .MP4 video, shot wit Go Pro Maxx, during the pandemic to publicize my bands new song release. it worked, so we were hooked, it was not perfect , I was new to 360 video and green but learning on the fly. Since then I have released a few 360 videos with varying levels of success. Dealing with things like wierd stitching, black hole , color grading ect. has been an adventure but I got through. Most recently I was working on a 360 live video but my workflow from GoPro to Vegas has had to change and it started with Gopro 360 file through App (to correct stitching issues and black hole but is renders really muddy dark) other than it being muddy everything was fine even - into Vegas Pro 18 (build 373) and output 360, mp4. Then I started work on color correction and it all went out the window.

I started getting file errors, the first was when I tried to render the entire 35 minute live show. The video rendered but I got an error message when I tried to play >> Can't play because the item's file format isn't supported. Check the store to see if this item is available there. ; Thought maybe because it was too long tried shorter clips same error.

I decided upgrade Vegas to (build 527) might help, now the wheels are completely off , when it renders 360 MP4 file either I get that error message when I try to play video or I get video with black screen and no audio or if I lower resolution to 720 i get intermittent blips of distorted sound. PLEASE HELP, I was once so happy. Now I am in purgatory.
