I bought Vegas pro 18 when it launched on steam, I used it for 13 hours, but unfortunelly the price was wrong when I buy it and valve/magix automatically removed the software from my account and refunded me, TODAY I went to buy VEGAS 19 edit + sound forge 15 and accidentally I bought AGAIN Vegas Pro 18, however I already have 13 hours played the software in 2020 (before the refund), valve refused my refund, so please refund me manually so I can buy VEGAS 19 + Sound Forge 15... here a print of the facts https://prnt.sc/GnPATykyUBR5  and here https://prnt.sc/NBX_ZPq7QdVC

Must have been from when VEGAS was accidentally listed for like 13 cents on Steam for users in Argentina... we got flooded with angry posts with people expecting to be given the software essentially for free... even though Magix still has to pay (way more than 13 cents) royalties on every copy activated...
