Plextor 708A versus Sony DRU-510A

Does anyone know how the Plextor 708A compares to the Sony DRU-510A? Are thry both compatible with Vegas?

I have the Sony DRU-510A and love it. However, I use Ulead Movie Factory to burn DVD's since I don't have Sony's DVDA. So far, no costers.
