I have been using Vegas Video3 to create MP3 files. It worked one day, the next day I get a message that says:

An error occured while creating the media file xxx.mp3
The requested plug-in does not have the necessary features unlocked.

What happened and How do I correct. I can't find any location to even try to unlock features.

I am using Windows ME.
