I wanted to extend my name for anyone that needs help with the product line. I just got off the phone with a Vegas User that had trouble finding info on Red on our Web site, For instance, evidently we made it very hard to figure out if we worked on Windows. Well We do, and I apologized to her for the confusion. She also wanted to know if a Pricing / Upgrade question loophole she could find was Ok with us. I admited our pricing could be confusing. But thats why I'm here every day.

Boris tech support is only second to Sony's when it comes to having great answers. A few years ago, I was introduced to some of the Boris folks when I first couldn't get Red to run with AE, and I was surprised. Tech support actually walked me through a project for quite a while, and when it turned out that it was pilot error, they still were really cool.
