How important is it to have MPEGplug in and AC3Plug in for 6.0b?

If you have DVDA3 then you have the MPEG and .AC3 "plug" already (although I would not call them "plugs").

If you don't have DVDA3 then you would use whatever DVD authoring program you do have to do the MPEG/AC3 encoding.
