Plug-ins

I am not getting anywhere on the soundforge page or with sony support, so I will ask the question here and see if any of you can help me.

I have the production suite so therefore I have sound forge studio 10 on its webpage http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/audiostudio

It shows a new pluging called audio enhancer and new video tutorials. I have looked and looked for then and cannot find either.

I have asked on the sondforge forum and have waited over a week for support to answer the simple question of "where are they" ? Please help with this.

I bought the download version by the way when it first came out.

It looks like it isn't included in the VMS Production Suite package.

Thank you for the reply I also have upgraded from 9 to 10 standalone and never recieved the plugins. I wonder if it is only with the physical disk purchase. I did buy the download version on that also.

If that is what it says on the website, you should be eligible. Contact Sony Customer Support.

I did contact them almost 2 weeks ago and still no response, I hope to hear from them soon. Thank you for your reply, have a great week.
