If you have Video Factory 2 and Vegas 2.0h installed, try this:

delete the file "sftrans.dll" (in C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\Video),

then re-install VideoFactory.

That should work.

note: All of the VF2 plug-ins, plus some very exciting new ones, will show up by default in Vegas 3.

Can you then un-install VF? Will that update Vegas Video Capture?

Leave the VF demo installed. Capture in VF is a separate .exe, but you can find it in the VF2 folder.
