There are some very pricey products for this, that can do a lot of it (but not all) automatically.

The rest needs to be painted with a clone brush.

If you have enough patience, you can do it frame-by-frame in Photoshop.

Btw, it is not uncommon in Hollywood for a pro to spend six weeks full time on rig removal from one single scene, with tools that go far beyond what's in any NLE.

(Rigs are for example wires used to support actors during 'incredible" jumps.)

Gee, one would think that all you'd have to do is get one of those "old film look " plug-ins and run it backwards ;>)
