Plural Eyes 3.5 SN not Valid and V3.3 Errors

Downloaded Shooter Suite Setup 12.6.4 and selected only PluralEyes 3.5. Get message that my SN is not valid. PuralEyes 3.3 works.

Also encounter the following issues w/ v3.3:

1.) 3.3 has compatibility problems w/ audio files where v2 does fine.

2.) Constantly getting ERROR: Access to the path D:\00-video projects\Project Monday Band\Vegas 2015-Jun-02.09.49 exported 2015-6-2 at 9.49.43' is denied.

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Your should contact Red Giant for the SN issue. I had a minor problem a few weeks ago and contacted them via the form on their web page. I got a response from a support engineer in less than 24 hours and once the problem was solved, I received a follow-up email with a survey for me to rate how they performed. I was very impressed. Now if only some other companies could learn from that...

Upgrade from PE 3.3 to 3.5 is a paid for upgrade. Is 3.5 any good?
