Plus! Product Activation Wizard

Every once and while when I launch VMS 6, a blank window appears with the title "Plus! Product Activation Wizard". The VMS splash screen is behind it and the app won't load until I close this window.

What's going on? Did I forget to register something when I installed VMS?

I had a similiar problem once - and found out, that the problem was in a Codec - not one from VMS but one, that I had bought and installed. Could possibly also be in a plugin?? Maybe this may help you to find the culprit :-)
