PNG File

PNG title doesn't appear on the timeline as PNG, transparent that is.
Yet it is sent as a PNG to my editing computer as a PNG file..
Variously it has black or white BG.
Any thoughts?
Never had this issue before.

Make sure it's RGB instead of CMYK (an easy fix in Photoshop).
That has caught me by surprise a few times.

Also make sure you set the alpha channel properties in the PNGs properties. Default is no alpha.
