png sequence

Hello

I have been using After Effects up till now do put my animated png sequences together. I have recently baught Vegas 4 and I am wondering how to put a whole bunch of png files together on the timeline without losing the original frame rate. I use Flash to render out the movie as a png sequence to keep the Alpha. In After Effects I would just click a little box to import it as a sequence and After Effects would put all the files inot one movie clip. When I import all the png files into vegas they all go into one track or event but the frame rate is off. I figure that there is a setting I haven't found yet that lets you pick the frame rate of still image sequences. I would like to able to use the png sequence as one clip if possible, so I can later on play with the velocity of the entire sequence and not just one still at a time. Any suggestions?

Thank you very much

Jason

Why does it say (Ignore this User) ?

Don't judge me!
I'm just kidding, but I'm a little curious.

Ignore is if you want to ignore someone on the forum

Use the Import Sequence in Vegas. It will import at the frame rate that you have your project set for.

whne you import media to your media bin select the first png in the sequence and notice a little tick box in the bottm left of the open file window to import a sequence, select it and then ok, i think youll themn be promtped about frame rates.
