Pocket PC Quicktime editing

I'd like to edit .MOV movies clips from my digital camera (audio & video) and play them back on my Ipaq 3900 using Vegas 4.0. I've had no problem playing them on my desktop after doing this, but I'm unable to find an application that will work with the IPAQ. Error messages would either be -unsupported format detected or corrupted or unknown format. Unedited movies play back fine using both these apps. Files were rendered in Quicktime 5 format using the 320x240 multimedia setting & 15.0 framerate. Tried different audio setting also. The IPAQ program I tried were Digisoft Pictpocket and PQV 3.0. I made sure that all the neccesary files were downloaded (authoring etc.) when I installed Quicktime 6. I even tried convering to WIndows 9.0 format and avi without any success. The PPC Windows media player didn't work either. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. I'm primarily interested in audio editing, especially replacing the original sound track.

Here's what I do to get my videos on my IPAQ:
- Make sure the IPAQ is has the latest version of Windows Media Player (version 8.5). Download from Microsoft
- Render your movie from Vegas in Windows Media 8 (WM 9 may work as well, but I haven't played with it much yet). Start with the 56k modem settings and fine tine. I use 320X240, 150kbps, 25 fps.

One other possibility is rendering to MPEG 1 and viewing the movies with PocketTV.
