How do I render a Podcast (video or audio) of a project in V7?

(I'm new to podcasts so bear with me if this is so trivial it should be obvious.)

Audio podcasts are MP3 so just do a File > Render As… and select an MP3 template. Video podcasts can be just about any web video format but if you want them to play on an iPod, render using the MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4) setting using the Apple iPod Video template.
