Your question makes no sense whatsoever.

>how hard can it be? can it be done?

What EXACTLY?

>to have health and map icons removed.

You are assuming we know how this game looks before this guy changed its picture!

>from these typed of moving pictures.

This is not English. Did you mean "type", or are you talking about typography and therefore text effects?

You will have to be super-clear what you want done. And even provide before and after images for us to understand what you have in mind.

Exceedingly difficult.

In Vegas you'd probably have two options. 1) zoom in far enough that the icons are cut off. 2) add localized blur over them to try to blend them in with the background. I suspect you won't like either option.

There are some programs designed to remove television station ID logos. You could try those. They don't work inside Vegas so you'd run them stand alone. However, since both icons change and since the background behind is so dynamic they might not do any better than adding blur in Vegas.

Or, he could play with the settings of the game to see if there's a way to take these helping screens off before starting recording.

Forgive my poor grammer and typing skills, i was born to be a fisherman. not a typists, best way to read around my poor grammer, is read as if your reading a poem.

Im learning blender 3d Eugenia, but its going to take time, at the same time learning this program, i like to keep up with this machinima artowrk. Most GTA videos i see on you tube, sucks,
I'll be able to do a better job.as soon as i figure out a way to remove that mini map and health status icon, i have some soltuions i can work on.

i only posted this stupid question here in hopes someone more clever then i knew of a way,.

Its a big challenge to take a game and make a show out of it.
its not easy,

blender 3d is going to change my whole world around.
Im picking up on it, its easy to use. i just need dedicated more time into it.

see if i can make a sony Intro. wait till sony sees my michael jackson video.

A couple thoughts I had in looking at this:

1) Simply put some other graphics over the top of the things you are looking to remove. Maybe a logo or something else, depending on what you are looking to make as the end product.
2) Use pan/crop to view only the center part of the frame. You could do this for 3 or 4 different scenes and have a video that runs them all at the same time (in different quadrants of the screen) or you could simply produce a lower-resolution video. If your target were, say, an iPod screen, this might work OK.
