possible preview to 2nd monitor bug?

Has anybody else had this happen - in a DV project with preview to second monitor active open a mpeg 2 clip in the trimmer and hit play. Locks Vegas up cold.

Turn off preview to second monitor and everything is good.

Anyone else seen this? Could anyone else test this?

Oh yea, using Vegas 6c on win xp pro - everything else has been working good but this bit of funkyness.

Try reducing your graphics card acceleration. That often works. Thsi comes up once in a while. It also might be your card has issues with overlay on the second head.

never had that issue and im running a lowly ati9000 pro dual head.. one thing that IS a bug is that when previewing on teh second monitor, all ur icons on that monitor get stuffed aound.. not happy..

Thanks for the help folks. I'm running a pretty non-standard monitor set up so that is probably the problem. I've got two dual head SLI vid cards running in non-SLI mode with Vegas on three monitors and preview to the second monitor on the fourth (a Dell 2405).

I can live with this quirk because everything else works great...& I don't want to give up the real estate!
