Posterization Of Video During Fades

Never saw this till after I updated to the recently released build of Sony Vegas 64bit.

When I have a video clip in my timeline that fades from black or to black, instead of the smooth fade my video clip or image is posterized until it reaches 100% of the full image (I only see the posterization during the fade).

It shows in both the preview window and when I render the video out. I was able to find a work around by rending that video to a new track and then rendering out the whole project.

Is there a setting or something I can change to get rid of the posterization?

Same here. In previous build it was fine,after upgrading posterization appears.

I found another workaround, not ideal but better than rendering to a new track. Add solid color black media to the bottom track and it previews and renders fine.

Glad to know im not the only one with this problem. :-(

Black solid color worked for me too!
