Pre-defined Effects as "Drag & Drop" Templates? (ex. Volume +20%)

Hello.

I'm wondering if it's possible to create "pre-made" effects and just drag and drop them where they are needed?

For example:

Have a 20% Audio increase that I can just drag from somewhere within Vegas to a section that needs it, or quickly add Color Corrector with specific values like 10% increased saturation, 15% gamma and so on. I know that they can be made as templates within the effects itself, but is it possible to have the different templates of effects be drag & drop-able from this empty space?

I'm using Vegas Pro 16

EDIT: Okay, I've found and that basically answers it, BUT is it possible to have that show in the empty space that I previous showed?

Your empty place is a part of Project Media where you are able to use different bins to collect Project Media, not possible for Vegas or other effects.
The best way I always use is to give a name for my preset(2,3) in the FX location(1,2) and than all those effects(3) you are able to drag to a timeline event(4), track(5) or project(6).

@j-v Thanks, I really appreciate the help! Unfortunately, this can't show the "Filter Packages" folder with multiple filters/effects combined, but I might just settle for this. Thanks again.
