Premiere 6.0 and Vegas

I recently bought Vegas 5.0 an upgrade from the Adobe Premiere 6.0 and Matrox RT 2500. I still have a few projects that I want to burn to disc. I want to export the project from Premiere and bring it into Vegas and do some tweeking. How should I export the project from Premiere? Should I export it as Microsoft AVI or as Microsoft DV AVI? The original footage for the preimere project was DV. Any ideas?

I would go with DV AVI.

but why don't you try just render a minute of footage in both formats and check the results.

I'd go with the DVCPro codec's. They are better then the Microsoft DV ones.
