Prepare Folder

I recently upgraded to DVD 3.0a and am having difficulty in getting the prepare folder to take my project. I have zillions of free GB yet I get a message error saying there isn't enough temporyary space.
I never had this problem on DVD 2.0. Also, I am finding it difficult to get action buttons resized - this was easy in DVD 2.0. Any thoughts?

Did you go to Options>Preferences>Burning and set the location of the prepare and temp folders? To resize the buttons click on the Sizing Tool button just below the Preview button on the Toolbar.
