Prepare Folder

I am to the buning a DVD stage for the first time. Once you press the 'Make DVD' button, it asks you to prepare a folder. I've tried to send to a new folder and it says, "There is not enough space in the prepare folder for the DVD."
How do I make enough space in the folder? The video is 3.8GB and the window says that the folder only has 6,404.8megabytes.

By deleting and / or moving files from your harddrive.

You *MIGHT* get away with setting your temp folders (in preferences) to another drive, assuming you have another drive, but realistically hard drives are just too cheap to try running anything with only 6 gig free. That's assuming you need everything that's currently on your drive(s).-- XP & Vista come with a utility called disc cleanup that might help otherwise, though it won't do anything about stored audio, video, or image files that may be taking up space.
