Okay, I'm getting pretty tired of this error. I've tried the workaround's posted on this site. I've recreated the project. I've deleted MP3's one by one till there's nothing but the theme, at which point it finally works, which is much less than useful. I know it has nothing to do with my DVD drive, a pioneer A05, since I'm only trying to prepare. I've yet to be able to create a single DVD with this much vaunted product. Tried 1.0, 1.0a, no joy.

I've pre-renderd five mp3/ac3 file pairs using default settings in VV4.0 for DVD architect. My system:
