preparing ISO with DVDA2

I dont burn with DVD Architect 2 (which makes the .vob files for me)...instead I usually burn with another program. What program could I make the VOB files into .iso with?

could i just load it into a program like DVD Shrink and then say "BACKUP as ISO", with compression at 100%? Is that really worth it? and will dvd shrink take away some quality with that conversion?

i wish DVDA2 could just MAKE it an ISO image in the first palce! ha

Do you need an .iso image? DVD Architect will produce the complete directory structure needed for the DVD. Most any disc burning program will be able to burn a finished DVD from this.

yeah, which is what I usually do.

However, my program has been acting up and not burning workable CDs, and the one that just burns ISOs (simple, and perfect) works awesome all the time.

You can download a free program called IMGtool. Just do a search for it. It will take your DVD folders and create an .iso file . I've used it several times...works great.
