Preset Manager Didn't Copying Transitions To System For Vegas Pro 17

I am using Vegas Pro 17 Build 421. And installed preset manager 2.0 in default location. But these transition would not showing up on Vegas. I think I have to install preset manager somewhere in Vegas not in Sony (which is default). After copying transition and effects to system it didn't shows up in Windows Explorer in install location.

What's wrong with me? Any help.

SCS (Sony) Preset Manager 2.0 was for audio presets, I have never used or tried it for video presets. That said, Preset Manager was a stand-alone application that could be opened from within Sound Forge Pro.

The old Preset Manager is still working in VP17 for video presets. Using "Filter packages" via Event-FX

as an example

Although VP15 is used in the video, it works almost identically for VP17.
Presets are usually a collection of 1 or more VFXs with specific settings, not transitions in the strict sense.

Sony Preset manager provide plugin chains only, the Preset Manager in Vegasaur is more flexibel.
