I've managed to create a fairly complex menu system with Intro Media, multiple menus, submenus etc all with 5.1 surround and I am very happy, except for one annoying little thing. As my media begins playback from any menu, it "jumps in" to about a second or so into the clip and rarely plays from the actual start. If I then press the I< button to go to the start of the clip, it does play back from the start.

Any ideas? I'm sure that there must be some sort of delay button or something.
