When I try to preview in player (default setting ntsc dv avi) my media player stutters during playback. Quicktime does the same thing. If I try to play a avi file in my media player it works fine, It's just when I preview it from vegas, it stutters really bad. Been using vegas for years and this never happened before. Any suggestions?
I should mention that my source files I'm trying to preview are standard dv avi files captured with vidcap and there is no pics or generated media in my timeline. I should also mention that I don't mean the preview window, I am talking about the preview in player option (so I have full frame playback).
