Preview on my TV thru FX5500

I want to be able to preview thru my FX5500 graphics card which has an analog out (for my monitor) and a s-video out (which goes to my tv).

In the preferences of the graphics card, I can set that if any movie is played (in WMP or BS Player or any other media player) it is played in fullscreen on my tv. When I close the media player, I see my normal desktop.

What Im wondering: why isnt the preview window in Vegas played back in fullscreen on my tv? The button 'Preview on External Monitor' doesnt do anything.

Anyone know a way to preview in fullscreen on my tv?

People ask about this all the time, so sorry no response yet. The long and short is don't do it that way. The only accurate and really half way decent way to preview on an external tv is to go firewire out to a camera with pass through and analog outputs (I use my pd150) or transcoder like the canopus advc100. Do a search and you'll get some more indepth input, but basically this is a universal truth of video editing I believe.
