Preview Screen Jittery Problem

Everything was fine before this started to happen. Before I could continue my project, I had to update my computer which took over an hour. After that, I started my movie studio and that's when I discovered this new problem. Why oh why??? Please, what do I do to fix it?

I searched and the latest is already installed. Does this mean I would have to do this all over again? Lose all my work? Do you have anymore ideas? Could I just copy and paste everything into a new movie project?

I just went to preference like that picture, went to video and turned off the GPU acceleration video process thing.
