Hi everybody,
I was wondering if the timeline could be played out to a hardware encoder? In this case a Snazzi 3 attached via USB 2.0, in order to take advantage of some really fine, no problems, and REAL TIME MPEG-2 rendering? Admittedly you might need a second computer, or at least a firewire drive or two to pull it off, but that's no problem for serious video.
Just guessing but I would think that VV3 uses a base AVI stream in preview. Perhaps that's just not supported at the kind of resolution that rendering requires, but it seems to be a basic topic that I can't find any info on, so your comments and direction are most welcome.
regards,
Xgenei
