Preview window only shows part of frame with 4k video

I am trying to edit 4k video for the first time on Vegas Platinum 16.0 build 175.

My preview window, no matter what settings I try to tweak, only shows a small portion of the total frame--like it is zoomed in.

Any suggestions?

You've probably placed it on the Picture in Picture track. Move the clip(s) to another track or remove the PIP FX from the track.
