Very useful that there is a zoom of the preview in Vegas Pro 20.
I've already made a lot of use of that.

Sure. Press the mousewheel button and keep pressed whilst moving the mouse.

When I press my mouse-wheel button, Windows 10 temporarily hides Vegas (and the preview window I clicked on) and shows me a history of windows (and active windows too). No ability to just scroll around the zoomed preview window. Here's an example of what my desktop looks like after depressing the scroll-wheel on my Vegas preview window: (ignore the "recording saved" box)
Is there another sequence to scroll around the preview window when zoomed in?

It was set to "Application Switcher" -- I'm sure I thought I was clever some years ago when I set that, and now I mistakenly thought it was standard Windows behavior.
@RedRob-CandlelightProdctns - figured it was something like that! 😁
I now discover for myself that with a double click with the mouse wheel in the preview screen, the preview resets to 100%.
This is also very useful.
