Do you need Vegas Video 2.0 installed on your computer in order for Vegas video 3.0 upgrade version to work or just the serial # of VV2.0

Vegas Video 3.0 will not upgrade 2.0. It will run side by side with 2.0. The upgrade offer is for the registered users of 2.0. Vegas 2.0 users will be able to purchase 3.0 for a reduced price.

So no the serial for 2.0 is no good for 3.0.
