print from timeline

When I attempt to print from the timeline I will get about 4-5 minutes in and glitches begin, drops a couple of seconds through out the transfer. If I "render as" and open video capture ,then print to tape, all is fine. Obviously I can work around the problem , curious to the cause.

I had something like this. Fixed it by updating my BIOS for my motherboard (ABIT KT7-RAID). Also updating all drivers with latest ones from vendor's would help too (e.g. VIA chipset 4-in-1 drivers etc...). Also defragging your hardrives is always a bonus too.
