Print to DV pixelated first 4 min. of 50

I am a new user of VV4.0c ,and this is the first project i have tried to sent back to DV. I keep getting about 3 or 4 large square pixels that stay in the same place on the screen when printing the final project back to tape. The program is great this is the first problem I have encountered. The camera is a Canon GL1 and capture card is pinnacle.

Any suggestions would be very apreciated.

Gurumasters post about a patch for pinnacle cards for the pci buss fixed the problem!
