print to dv tape 2nd time

Hello,
I am editing a short film. I have already printed to tape part of the film to load back on, since I don't have enough room for all the files at once. there was no problem. Now I want to do it again and it won't render properly, (the green bars don't stretch all the way on top.) I will print to tape, but in slow motion. Any ideas? Thank you.

I'm not sure I visualize your situation exactly, maybe you can help clarify. It sounds like the green bars you're referring to are the pre-rendered files. They should only appear over areas of the timeline where effects, transitions or filters are being applied. They won't appear over unaltered footage.

Are you trying to print to tape from timeline (Tools -> Print video to DV tape)? If so, are you selecting only the region you want to render first and checking 'render loop region only' when you go to print?

If you've used slow motion, be sure those clips are being resampled (right click -> switches -> resample). If all else fails, you might try going to Tools -> Clean up pre-rendered video, delete your pre-rendered files, and then try printing again.

Strange situation. Good luck!
