My projects can be printed to file in NTSC without any fault. When I do the same in PAL the picture is shown in "blocks". This effect exists only as long a rendered portion is shown. The imported PAL files come out ok again.
I think I have done all the settings for PAL right.
Does anybody have any hint for or experience of this ?
