print to tape

Suddenly I can't print to tape after rendering my video, to transfer to tape on camcorder and then to vcr. Video Factory is great but it frequently goes down. I tried to download it again and they tell me my serial number is wrong. I have it right from an email sonic foundry sent to me, so it is correct.

Please give it to me again. Is there a chance to replace this software since it keeps going ut? When it works it is great, but it is not reliable.

Hi
Try scenalyzer, I had countless problems with the vidcap programme, it seemed to have a mind of its own. Scenalyzer has a limited version to download and try. It limits the amount of footage you can print to tape, and the captured frames have a logo on them. If you decide to buy it, these restrictions are removed.

Every time vidcap refused to play nice, I would try Scenalyzer and it worked no problem. Video factory is a great piece of software but the Vidcap programme has had a few people complaining
