Hi all, I am new to this forum but spent a long time yesterday researching problems in this forum with Print to Tape using VideoFactory. Tried to print to tape several times but got many dropouts even closing all other apps except Explorer and SysTray. However, rebooting the computer (Windows ME) solved all problems and I got a clean print to tape first time! Could be a memory swap issue (256MB RAM on my machine but I had been doing a lot of processing all day!) I thought I would pass on this info as it may help others.
