What project template should I use to print to tape on the Sony Z1 HDV camera? I don't have the camera here, so I can't try it. The footage is animation, so I can render to whatever it needs to be, I just don't know what it needs to be.

Can I use progressive, or does it have to be interlace? I'd prefer progressive, since it's animation, and therefore discreet frames. Plus, it'll most likely be shown on a projector anyway, and they're progressive.
