HELP!
I have a video in the can I need to show 1/30, and I can't get it out of the can!

I am unable to print to tape from a rendered copy of my video

I defragmented both drives and tried again. I have tried the
video capture method too. The 'video' menu in video capture
shows
'Microsoft DV camera & VCR'
as selected with a dot in front, and lists underneath choices
for
'Microsoft DV camera & VCR Capture Properties' (whose Digital
VCR control' Tab shows "SD DVCR with 525 -60) and
'Microsoft DV camera & VCR Properties.' Selecting the latter
reveals no choices entered in any boxes, and shows a timecode
in the timecode area.

I'm going to try phone support tomorrow, but it's not available at a time I can be at my PC, and I'm hoping someone 'out there' can respond more quickly.
