PRINT TO TAPE using Video Capture 3.0

we export a DV clip and load it into Video Capture 3.0 for Print to tape - however the 'cue device' button is greyed out and it cannot see our deck (a UVW1800 via Promax) however if we goto video capture or advanced capture it can see the uvw, control it and capture av no problem !

in print to tape module if we select 'record to device' or preview to device' we get a full screen preview on the monitor connected to our graphics card !!!!!

any ideas ?

OHCI/1394 device control does not support frame accurate print to tape, with or without the Promax box. You are going to have to enable record manually on your beta deck, no way around it.
