I haven't tried printing anything from here...

It appears that the script for this message board uses fixed table widths, which could be causing your printing problems.

You might try as a work around to print in Landscape mode to get the entire width onto one page...

I have a lexmark i3 and have the same cutting off on r/h side. I get round this by copying and pasting in 'notebook' and then printing off.

Same thing.... I use landscape.....
I guess if we were to write the messages on a shorter
line it might correct the problem...

I'm not sure which MessageBoard script they are using... there are some (like vBulletin - see www.vbulletin.com) that have a 'print thread' feature, where all the posts in a thread are put on a plain background, without fixed table widths and such, that can then be printed without a problem...

also, with vBulletin (hint hint) you can read all the responses at once, without having to click individual posts...

jrstueve, I believe Sonic Foundry has developed their own forum software.

If you want to see all the messages of a thread on the screen at once, go to Edit Account and set Forum View: to Non Threaded.

Thanks for the Forum View advice. I hadn't bothered with the Edit Account option before and I really think looking at all postings at once is a great improvement. Incidentally I also set the font size to 'Larger' and that didn't solve my printing problem but it does improve my use of this forum. I am sure that the Sonic Foundry programmers could easily tweak their forum program and this would make our forum experience complete. Is there any way we can tell them?
