Pro 22 Perpetual 365

I'm currently on the Pro 22 month-to-month, but am considering this new (?) "Perpetual" version.

Any thoughts, good deal?

Do you want to buy 22 and then buy an upgrade to 23 when it comes out in summer?

The "Perpetual" of the soon release version would be my recommendation.
