I have 6 tracks on the timeline... one for each speaker. All tracks have been normalized to -3db and play well on the timeline. But when I render it out with pro encoder, the surround tracks are clipping at the loud points. I have adsjusted all the attunuation dials and knobs I can find in the encoder to well below 0db and the surrounds (front and rear) are still clipping in the final file (the center and LFE tracks are okay)

I have had a look at the peaks in the final AC3 file in Adobe Audition and sure enough the surround tracks are peaking at ABOVE 0db.

Using the studio encoder works fine... all tracks work, but I can't figure out why the surround tracks are being BOOSTED on render with the pro encoder.

Any ideas?
