I just upgraded to V9 from V7, so the pro titler is new to me. I did watch the training video on it. I got the first text (a persons name) to start at the top and cascade down to the middle. Now I need "is retiring" to be typed in letter by letter like a typewriter below the name. I tried opacity at 0 for the first keyframe and moved the cursor to after the name finishes. I then moved opacity to 100 but the letter doesn't appear. And I'm not sure, once I do get it to appear, how to apply that to each letter to spell out "is retiring". This is a very confusing screen to navigate.
