In terms of the audio itself, Vegas will accept PT's aiffs or wavs... the only problem being that Pro Tools uses an archaic split-stereo/dual mono format for stereo files, so you'll probably have to manually group these in Vegas, which could be a tad fiddly. Or, you could pre-prep in Sound Forge, which has an option in the Open dialog to 'Merge L/R to stereo'. You could do that (would be time consuming but maybe it's script-able?) and then import those files to Vegas.
If you want the session itself, Vegas 6 now accepts AAF files (though not OMF). This is something I haven't tried but by all accounts it's a little flaky to say the least; I'll let someone who knows more chime in.
