Pro11. I can`t use chromakey and see some effects

I bought Pro11 and I want to render some projects from Platinum11 I made few weeks ago. It doesn`t work like before.
In Pro11
1. I can`t use chroma key. Settings are ok, but no result.
2. I can`t see border and levels effects in viewport, but I can render them.
3. I can`t use some avi and mpg4 videos and I get message "can`t find item"

Do You know something about it? I had no problems with Vegas before and I use it more than 4 years from time to time. I am still amateur

For the first two items, it sounds like you have "split screen view" turned on and set to "bypass effects".

Hi.
Yes, it is truth, but when I give blur to chroma key, I get lines like interlaced picture.
Other effects work properly. Thanks.
Video is still missing, and I have no idea why.

Almost all work fine.
I deleted the video and fixed a new one (also avi-tsc2).
Now is ok, but another problem.
When I change chroma key settings and want to continue editing, Vegas stop working and I must close it. Why ?
I need to click "Save" icon after changing those settings and then open it again.
